Technical Difficulties
The company that process our credit card payments has been experinecing Technical Difficulties. Orders may fail because of this. They may be fixed at any time. We encourage you to continue to submit orders, But please know that if you get the message, "An error occurred during processing" or something similar, it is not your card, it is the processor.
The best thing to do would be wait a day, or email your order details to us at orders@keenedgeknives.com.
DO NOT include your cc number in ANY email. We will call you for the number when we process your order.
DO INCLUDE: Name, Address, Phone#, Items, quantities and colors.
Also note: We will be at the Martial Arts Super Show in Las Vegas the week of July 6, all orders will be processes upon our return.
