The Kitchen Knife Trainer offers training opportunities
in two realistic scenarios:

1. Home Intrusion
It is a known fact that many burglars do not carry weapons when they plan to break into a home. It has been found that the intruder will frequently grab a kitchen knife from the home he has entered. This trainer offers all home owners realistic training for the time when they may face one of their own kitchen tools in the hands of an assailant.

2. On the Street
Law enforcement officers are more frequently encountering street people and gang members carrying large kitchen knives obtained at thrift stores. This trainer enables officers to train with one of the larger blades they'll encounter on the street.
